IFSA urges Trade Associations to promote open communication between their member and foodservice suppliers

IFSA has issued communications to all major trade associations across Ireland's hospitality sector including the ITIC, IHF, VFI, RAI, CMAI and BAI to relay the critical need for open communication between customers and suppliers as the realities of the effects of COVID-19 begin to surface.

Our members have long-standing relationships and partnerships with members of all of these trade associations, relationships which have grown, developed and faced major business challenges in the past and we believe that open customer/supplier communication lines will be of key importance in facing the unfolding uncertainly which prevails.
 
IFSA has requested the message to engage now and into the future be passed through to the industry.  Solutions can only be found when both parties sit down and discuss the options. ​
