​Ballymaloe Foods is a family-run Irish company founded on a passion for producing wholesome, high-quality foods. We began producing our Ballymaloe Relish for shops in 1990 and are proud to now produce over 20 products for retail as well as several of our consumer favourites for our catering customers. Known for our dedication to quality ingredients and traditional cooking methods, Ballymaloe Foods sources locally whenever possible, ensuring that every product reflects the freshness and flavour of Ireland.
