RELTEC’s value added solutions help Kilkenny’s newest restaurant bring their vision to life

Always on the hunt for new challenges, the RELTEC team are passionate about projects where they can help to bring a brand new vision into fruition. This was exactly the case with their recent project completed for ‘Butcher’; Kilkenny’s newest “industrial steakhouse” restaurant and cocktail bar which opened its doors to the public in late August 2018.
Located in the heart of the city, the premises underwent a complete renovation and is establishing itself as the latest hot spot for sophisticated casual dining.

RELTEC were contracted to carry out full mechanical installations which began in June. This work included the installation of new air conditioning, ventilation and extraction units, brand new heating and plumbing solutions, a new bespoke stainless steel bar which was fabricated and installed by RELTEC as well as the installation of refrigeration units.

Restaurant owner Mark Williams says “we decided to choose RELTEC to carry out this work because they are a local and well known company with a good reputation”, Mark praised RELTEC for their ability to find solutions along the way. 
‘Butcher’ Bar Manager, Dick Manogue described RELTEC’s work as “second to none from beginning to end” and went on to commend the RELTEC team for being “reliable and hardworking day in day out”.

A clear vision paired with strong team work from all involved has allowed ‘Butcher’ to make their dreams come to life and as the restaurant is making waves, RELTEC has moved onto their next exciting project.
