According to the judges, Sodexo earned the Overall Excellence award for its "outstanding performance in delivering integrated facilities management solutions across a diverse range of sectors. The company’s dedication to enhancing workplace experiences, implementing cutting-edge efficiencies, and prioritising client satisfaction set it apart as an industry leader. This achievement reflects the hard work and expertise of the entire Sodexo Ireland team, reinforcing their position at the forefront of Irish facilities management excellence."
In the Total FM Service Provider of the Year category, judges commended Sodexo for "a well-balanced and clearly structured submission that showcased internal staff investment, successful client programmes, and innovative service delivery. Their strong business performance, measurable outcomes, and impactful results made them a deserving winner."

Winning Cleaning Service Provider of the Year, Sodexo impressed with its holistic and socially responsible approach. “Beyond cleaning excellence, the company’s initiatives like the Sodexo Cleaning Academy and the Supported Employment Programme stood out, showcasing strong focus on sustainability, training, and social impact,” said the panel.

The Diversity and Inclusion Award recognised Sodexo’s employee-first culture. Judges highlighted its proactive approach to workplace support through equalised parental leave, paid carers' leave, menopause and endometriosis support, and flexible working policies – all introduced ahead of legislative requirements. These initiatives underline a strong commitment to building a supportive work environment for all.

Commenting on the wins, David Fox, managing director of Sodexo Ireland, said, “The ultimate compliment is external industry and peer recognition, and we are beyond proud to see the hard work, dedication, and passion of all our teams across Ireland acknowledged in this way.

“We have many hidden heroes within the FM industry, delivering service excellence for our clients and customers each and every day. These awards are a recognition of our values, of our many, many talented colleagues all over the country, and I would like to sincerely thank everyone who contributes to our success.

My heartfelt congratulations to all the finalists and winners, your professionalism continues to raise the bar for our industry,” Fox continued.
