​After the summer break, Rational’s TrendTalk is finally back for its next installment. This time, the webinar is aimed at anyone looking to elevate the food and beverage standards in their hotel to the next level. Under the title "TrendTalk F&B: Room for Improvement?", numerous experts will address key challenges in hotel F&B, including staff attraction, skill development, and retention. They will also explore the expectations of Millennials and Gen Z, and discuss potential solutions for meeting these demands.
