Elliott’s history begins in the early 20th century as meat/bacon curers and distributors of Mogerley sausages just off Cork Street in the heartland of Dublin. Founded by George Elliott, the business moved to a large site on its present location off Camden Street on Camden Row in 1961. It was an obvious decision to add food products and Elliott’s business took off. 1987 – CASH & CARRY BEGINING George Elliott’s sons Niall, Brian and Maurice followed him into the fledgling company and have been succeeded in turn by their children. A catastrophic fire in 1987 resulted in the rebuilding of the premises and the modern Cash and Carry Warehouse with car park, which was an investment that has paid off. Our delivery fleet allows us to service our many customers quickly, often the same day. 2000 – STONEHOUSE Elliott’s became a member of Stonehouse, the leading National Independent Wholesale Cash and Carry group allowing it to avail of huge buying power. 2014 – ELLIOTTS TODAY The current directors Mick & Philip Elliott along with Jon McGivern are confident of a bright future and with friendly, long serving staff look forward to supplying Dublin’s needs well into the future.Shay Ryan joined us in 2012 and has added a new dimension to our sales/marketing and advertising departments. Our recent decisions to rebrand and re-invest in a new computer system will bring added benefits to all our customers.
