This year’s annual foodservice seminar will take the form of a virtual event where we will be broadcasting live from the RDS from 10AM – 12:30PM on Wednesday, 11th November 2020. Bord Bia will be publishing findings from the end of year Foodservice Market Insights report, building on the 2020 (May) Irish Foodservice Industry White Paper in terms of quantifying the size of the market by sector and forecasting developments for 2021. As COVID-19 remains the defining theme of 2020, Bord Bia recognise the importance of providing insights to the industry on the impact of the pandemic and the corresponding outlook for foodservice in Ireland.
Professor Stéphane Garelli will join the event online from Switzerland as the keynote speaker and a live Lesson on Resilience panel discussion will be chaired by Richard Curran, sharing stories of those that have succeeded in turning Disruption to Advantage in 2020. Comments are closed.
