Meiko Rack Transport Machine Catering For 10,000 Covers Per Day

Thank you to our distributor partner, Broderick Bros based in Dublin who have recently installed a M-iQ K-M54 V8 N34 P8 rack transport machine at a large manufacturing facility catering for over 10,000 covers per day.
 
This M-iQ is 4.7m long and comprises a double tank washing machine with 150mm entry tunnel, 800mm prewash tank, 800mm main wash tank, 1 x 300mm and 1 x 400mm neutral section, 800mm final rinse zone, 500mm electrical control cabinet section and a 945mm corner drying section.

With a throughput of 195 racks per hour/3510 plates (DIN) or 263 racks per hour/4,734 plates (max.), this machine is already proving a winner with the catering and facilities staff on site.  This M-iQ offers low water and energy consumption with a fresh water final rinse of 165 litres per hour and connected load of 36.1kW (with an average consumption during a typical operation of 27.2kW).
