PANEL OF CHEFS TAKE THE ASSOCIATION CHALLENGE TROPHY AT IFSA GOLF DAY 2017

Over 50 golfers joined the friendly but highly competitive Annual IFSA Golf Classic on Friday, 25th August at Newlands Golf Club in Dublin.  The honour of 2017 Association Challenge Champions went to the Panel of Chefs of Ireland who were represented by Brendan O’Neill, Dermot Calilhan and PJ Campbell.  Compass Group Ireland were triumphant in the Contract Caterer’s Cup competition in this the 6th year of the IFSA Golf Classic.  Playing on the day for Compass were Brian Kane, Alan O’Connor and Brian Killard.

The Yellow Ball Competition prize went to the Gas Networks Team represented by Matthew Kehoe and David Aherne and accompanied by Martin Kernaghan of Dublin Food Sales.  The honour of 'Nearest the Pin' was taken on the day by Wayne Groome of Total Produce.

The afternoon's golf was followed by plenty of networking during the post competition dinner and prize giving.
