TAKING place in Citywest, Dublin from the 6th – 7th February 2018, Food &Bev Live – brought you by IFSA, the organisation behind the phenomenally successful CATEX show - is growing.  In news for the industry, next year’s event will host the first-ever Global Hospitality Tech Summit, which is being hosted by the Restaurants Association of Ireland (RAI).  A first for the sector, the Global Hospitality Tech Summit will be housed within Food & Bev Live, with the Summit dedicated to examining trends in technology which are forming the future of the hospitality industry.

Through speakers, breakout sessions and panel discussions, the conference aims to transform the way in which hospitality industry professionals attract customers, run their businesses and set themselves apart from the competition.

Adrian Cummins, CEO of the RAI explains: “Our objective for this inaugural event is to provide restauranteurs and hospitality business owners with the tools, ideas and networking opportunities that they will need to future proof their business."

In another first, Food & Bev Live has also partnered with leading independent wholesale company, Stonehouse, to hold its annual trade event at the Expo. Taking place on 6th February in the Lakes Suite at Citywest, the trade event will see Stonehouse’s White Hat brand and product portfolio take centre stage.

These complementary additions complete the solid line-up of features and exhibitors that Food & Bev Live is already highly regarded for.  From the Irish Cocktail Championships and Irish Barista Championships to Euro-Toques Ireland Live Stage, Chef Ireland Culinary Competitions 2018 and the Contract Caterers’ Culinary Challenge, Food & Bev Live is set to be a vibrant show, that’s created for the industry, by the industry.
