Next in the programme, chefs will be paired up with individual Taste the Atlantic Seafood producers for in-depth on-site visits. Later in the summer, the ambassadors will visit producers on excursions in West Cork and North Donegal, as well as benefiting from mentoring with Ciaran Sweeney, Head Chef at the Olde Glen Bar in Carrigart, Co. Donegal and a fish filleting workshop with Master Fishmonger, Hal Dawson.
Now in its third year, the programme is led by Bord Iascaigh Mhara (BIM), Ireland’s Seafood Development Agency, in collaboration with Fáilte Ireland, and is coordinated by Chef Network. Comments are closed.
